Colt Wayne: 1 Year Photo Session

I know we’ve been MIA for a while, but I PROMISE we haven’t fallen off the map! We’ve had some big changes this year – the birth of our second little one, the start of a new business, and now – a new home in East Nashville! It’s all kept us pretty busy! We are excited be back, and even more excited to share this sneak peek from our gorgeous magic hour photo session yesterday afternoon in Shelby Park. Yep – just yesterday. These were just TOO precious to hold on to for longer than a day! I couldn’t stand it…I just had to share them!

As a photographer, I obviously enjoy the creative elements that go into capturing, editing, and compiling images. But even more, I enjoy getting to know our clients. Getting to see them grow as individuals, as couples, and as families. And one of my FAVORITE things is getting to come alongside a family and capture precious moments as their little ones grow.

It has been an absolute joy and privilege to get to capture Colt Wayne’s first year. It has been so much fun to see Heather & Justin become the most amazing parents, and to see their little one learn and grow. His little personality was coming out big time at our session yesterday, and it could not have been more precious! He is such a reflection of his sweet parents who are doing such an amazing job. And in fact, Colt is doing such an amazing job, he’s getting promoted to big brother!!!

We are so thrilled to share these images from our 1-year photo session with Colt, and even more – we are so excited for the Burrow family to welcome another precious little one into the world this fall! Thank you, Heather and Justin, for letting us capture these moments with your family over the past year!
